There are three models available for calculating pixel-wise estimates of regional cerebral blood (rCBF) from H₂¹⁵O bolus PET measurements. Note that the result is given in units of ml/min/100ml.

Another model serves for the quantitative assessment of the regional blood volume (rBV) from PET measurements after a bolus inhalation of ¹¹CO.
