The tool allows generating contours VOIs in input space according to the selected template VOI.
The method is available for HUMAN, RAT and MOUSE studies. The Input study is normalized to the chosen normalization template. The algorithm applied is Brain Normalization and the inverse transformation is calculated. In case the input study is dynamic, an averaged input is created for the selected frame range Average frames. The selected template VOIs is transformed to the input space using the inverse transformation calculated during the nomalization procedure. Finally the transformed VOIs template is outlined automatically.
NOTE: This procedure will succeed ONLY if a well define strategy for data normalization is available in the Fusion.
