Converting Atlas VOIs to Contour VOIs using Outline

Unlike contour VOIs, atls VOIs cannot be adjusted. Therefore, a mechanism has been implemented in the PMOD VOI tool to convert atlas VOIs into contour VOIs. The procedure is very simple:

1. Select the atlas VOIs for which contours should be generated (Template/Atlas/AAL-VOIs).
2. Activate the Outline button.
3. Save the contour VOIs.

The AAL atlas with filled overlay looks as follows.

Using Outline results in the following contour outlines shown on the List tab.
