Most of the tools applicable in pipeline processing can also be used interactively on loaded images. Hence, they are described in the External Tools section.
For some of the external tools additional pipeline-related options appear such as Transformation from pipeline for the Interpolation tool:
This allows applying a registration or normalization transform calculated at earlier pipeline stage to the current image.
