Please log in to your Customer Account to check whether your license allows free upgrade, or contact info@pmod.com for clarification or a quote.

Here are a few outstanding innovations included in version 4.3:

  • Our Artificial Intelligence (PAI) framework is continuously developing. Besides image segmentation, classification tasks will also be supported. New cases studies for both segmentation and classification tasks will be available. Tracking the progress of model training and validation measures are now available, as well as facilitated model export for deployment within your research group.
  • Our cardiac MR analysis tool (PCARDM) will be relaunched with improved features for the assessment of ventricular function. AI-supported segmentation for MR cine data provides additional automation and time-saving. See how this fits into your total imaging solution here.
  • The macro interface in PKIN has been updated to bring easier access to multiple model fitting and convenient assessment of the results. Macros additionally benefit batch processing in PKIN for large datasets.
  • Users working with multi-mouse imaging beds will benefit from one-click study division in our View tool. Viewing the timing information for dynamic PET series and merging discrete series into dynamic has been made easier with preview functions.
  • The SyN deformable registration from ANTS (Advanced Normalization Tools) has been implemented and will be available in our Fusion tool. This methodology has been used in many application domains and offers improved spatial normalization in cases with severe cortical atrophy.
  • The display in the Fusion tool has been successfully tuned to overcome performance issues when showing multiple fusion images.

Please refer to our Preview flyer for a compilation of the main improvements.

Personalized Training & Support

Getting the most out of your tools comes with understanding their features and capabilities. Armed with this knowledge you are ready to efficiently generate data and images for publication.

Our web-based PMOD Training & Support Packages build upon the success of our long-standing Zurich training courses by bringing flexibility to your available time and the exact requirements of your projects. Our experienced trainers adapt the 5-hour packages to your specific needs and can talk you through the analysis of your own data at your own pace.

The PMOD web-based training sessions have been extremely useful and valuable to myself and other research members at Stanford. The sessions are customized to suit your needs and are interactive. The staff will walk you through each step of the process and ensure that you understand the task at hand. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to learn more about the functions of PMOD.
