PMOD R Anova Report

There is a statistically significant difference between groups as determined by ANOVA (p < 0.05). The Tukey post-hoc comparison revealed that there are statistically significant differences in the BPs mean between groups: each group differed from the other. Particularly, the significant differences are as follows: between group RR and AB (p = 4.07e-13), between group RR and HC (p = 4.47e-13) and between group AB and HC (p = 4.07e-13).

The PMOD R interface allows generating automatic reports which may include Tables, Plots and/or Images. Activate the report button available in the lateral taskbar.

The ANOVA report contains 4 pages as follows:

• Page 1: the Tukey's Multi Compare Plot
• Page 2: the boxplot
• Page 3: the Tukey's Multi Compare Table
• Page 4: the ANOVA table
